Seeking therapy is a personal choice and one that is often met with uncertainty. It is important to know that we will always move at a pace that is appropriate for you – this means that we will only steer the conversation towards the places that you are ready to explore. In those moments that we do dig a little deeper and move towards areas of discomfort, I hope that my non-judgemental and empathetic presence will allow you to feel safe and heard.
I offer therapeutic counseling to Adults and have experience working with a number of concerns including:
Anxiety
Depression
Trauma & PTSD
Boundary Challenges
Self-Esteem
Childhood Abuse
Sexual Violence
Intimacy & Sexuality
Disordered Eating Patterns
Life Transitions
Self-awareness | Identity
