Seeking therapy is a personal choice and one that is often met with uncertainty. It is important to know that we will always move at a pace that is appropriate for you – this means that we will only steer the conversation towards the places that you are ready to explore. In those moments that we do dig a little deeper and move towards areas of discomfort, I hope that my non-judgemental and empathetic presence will allow you to feel safe and heard.
I offer therapeutic counselling to adults and have experience working with a number of concerns including:
Trauma & PTSD
Intimacy & Sexuality
Disordered Eating Patterns
Self-awareness & Identity
All sessions are *50 minutes in length.
Standard fee is $220.00 per session, as per the rate recommended by the Psychologists Association of Alberta (PAA)
*80 minute sessions are available upon request
Sliding scale rates may be provided. This is based on several factors including financial need and access to health benefits. If finances are a concern, sliding scale options may be assessed at the time of booking.
I offer a 15-minute consultation at no charge. This is an opportunity to ask questions and assess if we may be a good fit to work together before booking a first session.
Sessions may be paid for by cash, cheque, or e-transfer.
Payment is due after each session.
As a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP), my services are covered under many health plans. Please speak with your insurance provider to ensure that Psychological Services are covered under your plan.
Following each session, you will receive a receipt for services.
This may be submitted to your health insurance provider for reimbursement. I also offer direct-billing for those with Blue Cross coverage, and several other health insurance providers.
